These are the terms and conditions for using the website and services of Kinetic Media Productions LLC, also referred to in this document as “Kinetic” ,“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Site” or “Our”. If uyou have any questions please contact us.
Use of this website does not imply an agreement for services has been made.
All invoices past the due date are subject to a 5% late fee for every 30 days they are late. For example, an invoice for $500 is issued on July 1. On July 31, the invoice is subject to a 5% late fee of $25. On August 29, the invoice is subject to an additional 5% fee of $25 for a total late fee of $50 plus the original amount of $500.
Kinetic Media Productions LLC retains copyright over all materials produced and all privileges implied therein, including right to alter a copy of finished project to use for marketing and promotional purposes.
Unless specified in an agreement, all miscellaneous work is billed at a rate of $100/hour and is due at the beginning or completion of the project, at Kinetic’s discretion.
Any agreement Kinetic enters into shall be interpreted under the laws of the state of South Carolina, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the county, state and federal courts located within Florence, South Carolina.
Clients agree they own or have the legal right/permission to grant Kinetic use of any materials they provide for use in advertising and marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to photography, video, and trademarks.
Client will indemnify Kinetic against all claims, suits and expenses, including attorney fees.
Must be over 18 to use this Site and engage in business with the Company.
