Question 1: Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

es. We carry full general liability insurance ($2M+) and commercial equipment coverage. COIs naming your production company as additionally insured can be issued rapidly upon booking.

Question 2: How do you handle day rates and kit fees?

We offer standard 10-hour and 12-hour commercial day rates with transparent line-item quotes for crew positions, camera kits, lighting packages, and mileage. No hidden fees or unexpected overages.

Question 3: What if our production team is not traveling to the location at all?

You can direct the interview or field shoot remotely via live video feed (Zoom/Teradek/LiveU), while our local team handles all setup, capture, and media offloading.
